Spent 2 DAYS (nt half day) for 19.2 & 20.2. Pandamaran CNY Event.
Tis event is nt same as be4 i joined. Is a national level ^^
So, i can see PM, Najib and his wife, MCA Committee, UMNO Committee and others....
I aso saw many popular stars, like Rynn Lim, Chao Ge, Guang Liang and others....
19.2.2010
I reached kaikan at 6pm, asking them taking the drums go 2 the lorry.
After that arrange transport, depart go 2 Pandamaran......
Reach there bout 6 sumthing or 7 adi. This time I incharge of a lot performance
Include : Pre-show, Main Show, & Welcoming.... zzz
Start for prac and rehearsal for the Pre-show 1st.
The 1st rehearsal starts bout 8pm.
The agenda is as below:
i) Najib arrive and visit the 4 houses
ii) Than our lion dance welcome them
iii) Escort him to the main stage VVIP seats.
iv) National Anthem
v) Cultural Dance Performance
vi) Minister speech
vii) Dragon dance performance
viii) PM speech
ix) Opening Ceremony
x) Season Drum Performance (my part ^^)
xi) "Lou Sang"
xii) Firewoods
xiii) Celebrities show
The agenda is as above.
Of cauz because of it is a rehearsal, so we dont need run the whole agenda.
But sumthing make me v angry.....
After Opening Ceremony suppose to be our performance....
But the MC straight away jump to the 'Lou Sang'... WTF.
Thats the end of 2day... going there 4 ntg... ><

1pm reach kaikan after eat bak kut teh at Bayu Tinggi "Qi Heong"
2day, we use the 9 new drums that bought at January 2010.
V busy cause im the only PIC....
After seperate the works adi, than all people start busy working....
Finally it is done be4 3pm.
Than the performers start makeup, all their hairs become like dragonball ^^ haha
3pm start chanting till 4pm
Than we depart to the Pandamaran.
The whole street (Jalan Chan Ah Choo, Pandamaran) has been reserved for the event.
N there is a v >< d things which is because i m incharge of the 3 segment, pre show, main show, and welcoming....
From pre show walk to welcoming there, it is about 500m.......
Walao eh my leg v tired lah zzz
Pre show starts at 6.30pm, i hav no time 2 eat dinner .... SHIT
Our drum performance is the 1st.
bang bang bang bang dada bang bang.....
Pre show performance finish...
IT SUCKS man.... All performers kena scold by me.... wat the hell of this performance is.
Than they straight away move to the main show there 2 standby...
I saw Rynn Lim then, be4 he go 2 perform, his nearest distance 2 me is 1 METER !!!! ^^
Than i keep busy doing tis n that....
After that i need go 2 take the committee tag......
WAHSEH from main stage walk to pre show there is 800 meters ah....

Nw is time 2 wait wait wait......
Bout 9pm, when Ben stays wit us at main show stage, he suddenly say:
' gt some water on my hand, seems like raining dude'
n i count 1.....

DAMM SHIT RAINING ><
Stage crew, my performers n I immediately take the drum come in cause the drum cant contact wit water or else it will spoilt.
I get whole wet, my drum aso wet and 9 out of the 12 is NEW DRUM... zzz :(
WTF again, Najib reach in raining time .... zzz

Actually there are bout 8 lion will escort or welcome Najib to his seat, but due to raining, 5 of them adi gone..... the 5 lion teams is from MCA team, and Khuan Loke team.....
The organizer get mad cause they run away...... but luckily still gt us haha
The organizer praise our SGMS v good....
We SGMS gt 3 lion, 1 from us, 2 is borrow from the KL, nw it is spoilt... zzz
All system gt messy....
The police keep blocking the ppl 4 nt get into the stage area....
They aso block us... WTF I M WORKING COMMITTEE LAH, U KEEP BLOCKING ME, BUT U JUZ LET THOSE FOOLS HU R NT VIP BECAUSE THEY WEAR SMART.... DAMM U LAH IDIOT.
We hav the tags but aso kena block.....
My bro lagi cham.... cause raining, he ask his member 2 take the dragon and go inside the tent to hide....
But inside the tent is for celebrities... N 1 of them say:
"tis tent is for celebrities, nt 4 u all go out..."
My bro get mad n say: UR CELEBRITIES IS PPL, MY MEMBERS NT PEOPLE LAH.... FOOL

The performance still go on, continue wit dragon dance perform, than after then us.... Luckily it is smooth...
After that, is time for lou sang, than FRU come in n escort PM.
The FRU is so big size... wah seh....
Than after that is non of our buisnness adi, our buisness is finish ^^
Going bac 2 kaikan, my bro frenz tought my bro will stay at pandamaran, so we go back 1st, but we r wrong == haha
Luckily they aso manage 2 come back ^^

p.s. i need 2 go 2 the kaikan tis morning (21.2.2010) and take the drum for dry........ another long day haiz....
